Fluent SkinSpa Policies & Guidelines
Welcome to Fluent SkinSpa. To ensure we provide every guest with an exceptional experience and maintain the clinical integrity of our treatments, please review our appointment and service guidelines below.
Appointment Integrity
- We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee. We provide reminders 48 hours prior to your visit to make changes easy via our online portal, call, or text.
- No-Show Policy: To protect the schedules of our providers and other clients, a $50 fee will be charged for any missed appointments without prior notice.
- Card on File: To secure your reservation, we require a valid card to be kept securely on file. This card will be used to process payments at the time of service or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Timing & Late Arrivals
Each session is carefully prepared specifically for you. To receive your full treatment experience, please arrive on time.
- 10 Minutes Late: If our schedule allows, we will proceed with your service; however, the treatment must end at the originally scheduled time, and full service fees will apply.
- 15+ Minutes Late: We will be unable to provide the service and must reschedule your appointment. A $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
- Add-ons: Last-minute service additions may not be available. We are happy to schedule additional requests for a future date.
Please Note: Service prices remain the same for shortened services or last-minute rescheduling.
Refund & Outcome Policy
- Spa Services: While we are committed to providing the highest standard of professional care, please note that aesthetic results vary based on individual biological factors. Service payments are for the performance of the treatment rather than a guaranteed outcome and are not subject to refunds.
- Product Sales: Our professional-grade products are high-performance clinical tools and are not sold on a trial basis. We offer skin consultations to ensure you find the correct match for your needs. Once purchased, all product sales are final.
- Gift Cards & Service Packages: Gift cards and packages hold immediate value and are considered final sale at the time of purchase. They are not eligible for refunds but may be redeemed at any time for services or products.
Spa Environment & Safety
- Children & Guests: For the safety of your little ones and the relaxation of our guests, children are not permitted in the treatment rooms or the lobby during your appointment. If you arrive with children, we will kindly ask you to reschedule, and standard cancellation fees will apply. We offer various morning, evening, and weekend hours to help accommodate your scheduling needs.
- Media & Privacy: Any photography or video recording within the facility must be approved by management prior to your treatment.
- Right to Refuse Service: SkinBoss LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client as deemed necessary by management.
