SkinSpa Policies

We are so grateful to have you as a client at the Fluent SkinSpa. To help us provide every client with the best experience, please review our appointment and service guidelines below.

No-Show Policy:

To preserve our schedule integrity for clients and staff, a $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Life happens, we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. We send reminders 48 hours ahead to make changes easy via our online portal or by calling or texting the spa.

Appointment Timing & Late Arrivals:

Each appointment is carefully scheduled and prepared for the specific services booked. Last-minute add-ons may not be available, though we’re happy to schedule additional requests for a later date.
Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
  • 10 Minutes Late: If we can accommodate you, your service will still end at the originally scheduled time and full payment will apply.
  • 15 Minutes Late or More: We will be unable to provide the service and will need to reschedule; a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged.

Service prices remain the same for shortened services or last-minute rescheduling.

No Children at Appointments:

We love your children but they are not allowed at appointments and they are not allowed to stay in the lobby during your appointment. This is for their safety and protection. Children are not allowed to accompany appointments, and if this does occur, you will be asked to reschedule, and appointment cancellation fees still apply. We have morning, afternoon, evening and weekend appointments available to accommodate the varying schedule needs.

Card on File:

We require that every client have a card on file to hold their appointment. We will use this card for no-shows and cancellations and to process payments at time of service.

No refund policy on product purchases:

As a small business, the products we sell are of high quality, and in the high end market, and not therefore sold on a trial basis. We do have skin consultation services, to find the correct product for your skin. Once a product is purchased, the order is final, and refunds are not available.

Gift Cards + Service Packages

Gift cards and service packages are considered final sale at the time of purchase and are not eligible for refund. These items hold immediate value and can be redeemed at any time for services or products.

Right to refuse service:

We at SkinBoss LLC, reserve the right to refuse service to any client or new customer, as deemed necessary.

Video Recording and Photography:

Any photography or recording in the facility, during treatment or otherwise, must be approved by the owner or management beforehand.
