Defective Items: In the rare event of a product defect, email hello@fluent.skin To process your claim, you must include your Order Number, Product Name, and Photos of the item.

Condition for Return: Authorized returns must be sent in their original condition and packaged securely. Claims are voided if items are damaged due to poor return packaging.

Exclusions: Gifted items, "Free Gift with Purchase" selections, and non-essential components (such as outer boxes, lids, or caps) are not eligible for exchange or return.
Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the purchase date.
